it’s like something out of a movie.
Second life. living on the periphery
of isolation. stimulated, my psyche
rears up at dawn and reaches out –
into a world too strange
to be ignored; a common ecstasy
too desirable for shapely words
& as I boldly link the faces
in this mass rubicon of time, my second life
acquires a momentum of it’s own…
my new found reward?
here, now –
a bold ego is emerging,
half way journeying towards whatever
destination may lie ahead,
even meeting executively dressed
animators through a pixelated vision
clutching cocktail glasses observing me
casually from beyond this prism.
